Let’s be honest—when you’re living in an RV, every inch counts, and every dollar does too. That’s why we’re always on the hunt for Amazon RV finds that actually work. You don’t need to blow your budget on fancy gadgets that just collect dust. What you do need is affordable gear that’s functional, durable, and makes RV life a little bit easier.

After years on the road, we’ve rounded up 15 of our favorite Amazon RV finds (plus a couple of bonus picks!) that we use constantly in our rig. These are tried-and-true favorites—not gimmicks. And the best part? They’re all under $60!

1. Command Large Picture-Hanging Strips

These strips for hanging pictures are perfect for hanging decor in your RV without drilling into the walls. We’ve used them for picture frames, and they hold up, even on travel days.

We like to use these because they don’t bounce off the nail or hook on bumpy roads. We usually put them on the top and bottom of the frame.

⭐️ Bonus: Command Broom and Mop Grippers

We mounted these broom and mop grippers on the inside of our bathroom door—one near the top and one near the bottom—and they’ve been a game changer for keeping our broom and mop in place. No more clanking or crashing noises every time we hit a bump! They are super easy to install, and they hold firm, even on travel days.

2. Solar Lanterns

We’ve tried a lot of solar lights over the years, and while many look great online, they just don’t hold up when you’re camping in the kind of places we do. The ground in the desert or rocky sites can be like concrete, and those plastic stakes have a hard time.

That’s why we love these lanterns. No stakes! You can set them right on the table for a cozy glow, leave them by the door to light your steps at night, or hang them from a tree branch or hook if you’re feeling fancy. They’re solar-powered and waterproof, so they charge up during the day and automatically come on at dusk—no plugging in, no batteries to mess with.

3. Reflective Insulation

We used this to insulate all our RV cabinets, and honestly—it’s made a huge difference. Whether we’re parked in the desert or waking up to frosty mornings in the mountains, this thermal barrier helps regulate the temps inside. It’s lightweight, easy to cut and install, and adds an extra layer of comfort without taking up space.

4. Nano Double-Sided Tape

This tape is strong enough to hold rugs, hooks, organizers, or lightweight decor—without screws or nails. We love that it peels off clean and is reusable, which makes this tape a go-to for quick fixes and creative uses in an RV.

5. Curved Tension Shower Curtain Rod

This curved shower rod instantly gave us more elbow room in our tiny RV shower. We removed the original glass doors because they were difficult to clean, gave us less space, were heavy, and made the bathroom feel more cramped overall. Swapping them out for a shower curtain with this curved rod was a huge upgrade.

The rod is designed for tension installation, but we decided to secure it with screws for extra stability. We knew we would be hanging our curtains and a mesh caddy that holds bottles, razors, soap bars, and other essentials. We also knew the roads we traveled on would be a problem. It’s held up great, even on some seriously rough roads.

⭐️ Bonus: Mesh Shower Caddy

This mesh shower caddy is excellent for keeping things organized when shelf space is tight. Dries quickly and holds everything in one grab-and-go spot. It keeps things from falling off the shelves when moving.

6. Adhesive Magnetic Strip

Mount this magnetic strip to the wall or inside a cabinet and stick knives, tools, or even spice jars to it. Saves drawer space and keeps essentials handy—especially helpful when cooking in a small RV kitchen. We also use these in the bathrooms for clippers and tweezers.

7. Deluxe Solar Flagpole Light

We added this solar flagpole light to our setup, and it’s one of those little upgrades that make a big impact. It shines bright and keeps our flag lit all night long—no wiring or switches needed. Just mount it, let the sun do its thing, and enjoy complete coverage from dusk to dawn. It’s perfect for showing off that American flag, whether you’re at a campsite or boondocking off-grid.

8. Slim velvet Non-Slip Hangers

These velvet hangers have been a total upgrade for our tiny RV closet. They’re slim but sturdy, with a non-slip surface that keeps clothes in place, even lightweight shirts.

Amazon RV Finds - Bidet, Buby Step Stool, Slow Cooker, Water Pressure Regulator

9. Bidet

Yes—we added a bidet to our RV. And yes—we’d do it again. It cuts way down on toilet paper (which our tanks appreciate), and it’s surprisingly easy to install. Clean, eco-friendly, and worth it.

10. Nuby Step Up Stool

This sturdy little stool is a must-have with kids (and adults) in the RV. Great for reaching sinks and bunks or helping in the kitchen.

11. Presto Nomad Traveling Slow Cooker (It’s square!)

This slow cooker has become a go-to in our RV kitchen. It’s perfect for those “set it and forget it” travel days or when we’re rolling into camp and want dinner ready without the fuss.

One of the things we really love about it is that it’s square—yep, square! Unlike the usual oval crockpots that are awkward to pack or store, this one fits so much better alongside other kitchen gear. It’s compact, stackable, and just way more RV-friendly.

It also has a locking lid, which makes a big difference on move days. We’ve used it while towing, and even during a trail ride in the Jeep. No spills, no mess, warm, ready-to-eat food waiting for us at the end of a dusty day.

12. Water Pressure Regulator Valve

A water pressure regulator valve protects your RV plumbing from campground water pressure surprises. We love that it’s adjustable, has a built-in gauge, and even filters out debris.

Amazon RV Finds - Travel Map Sticker, Storage Ottoman, Collapsible Crates

13. RV State Travel Map Sticker – USA & Canada

Tracking our travels with this sticker map has become one of our favorite RV traditions. Every new state feels like a little celebration, and it’s such a fun way to see our journey unfold over time.

This is actually our second map—we had to upgrade because our first one didn’t include Canada (rookie mistake!). Now we’ve got the full picture, and it’s proudly displayed on our RV door as a visual diary of all the places we’ve explored.

14. Storage Ottoman

Storage, extra seating, and a comfy footrest all in one, these ottomans do it all. We actually have two of them in the RV and use them to stash our shoes. They keep the entryway tidy and make it easy to grab what we need on the way out the door. Plus, they look nice and fold flat, so we can tuck them away if needed. Small space win!

15. Collapsible Milk Crates

Durable, foldable, and stackable—these crates are a move-day lifesaver. We use them to gather up all the loose items around the RV before hitting the road.

Once we’re parked and settled, they collapse down and slide right under the couch until we need them again. Super practical and a great way to stay organized when space is tight and everything needs to move with you.
